Access is by invitation

Contractor Hunter is not open for self-service sign-up. Accounts are created by a workspace owner, who invites you by email — the invitation carries the workspace you join and what you are allowed to do in it.

If you were expecting an invitation and it has not arrived, check the address it was sent to, then ask whoever set up your workspace to send it again.
